Episode 17 – Sometimes It Is Not A Game
Welcome to Paranormal Nightshift, where we delve into the eerie world of the night and share chilling fan stories that will send shivers down your spine. In this episode, we explore the terrifying realm of demonic possessions, a darkness that still haunts people to their core.
Our tale follows two sisters, Summer and Hope, who grew up in a deeply religious household. However, when their father lost his job during the 2008 market crash, their faith was put to the test, leading to a series of events that changed their lives forever.
One fateful night, they decide to play a seemingly harmless game in front of a mirror, little knowing that they were inviting an evil force into their lives. Hope, the younger sister, becomes increasingly obsessed and taunts the entity, provoking its anger until it attaches itself to her.
Following the possession, Hope’s personality takes a dark turn, becoming violent, hateful, and uncontrollable. She is eventually expelled from school and sent to a military boarding school, only to be abandoned by her family when she needed them the most. Desperate and isolated, she falls into a destructive lifestyle of substance abuse and alcoholism.
Years later, after losing touch with her sister, Summer receives a call about Hope’s tragic demise in a hotel room. Upon entering the room to collect her belongings, Summer feels an overwhelming darkness and a chilling presence. As she enters the bathroom, she comes face to face with the same entity that haunted them years ago, now smiling sinisterly in the mirror.
Join us as we explore the chilling consequences of meddling with forces beyond our understanding and how one family’s descent into darkness serves as a cautionary tale. Viewer discretion is advised as this story takes a very dark turn.
